Regrettably, due to the bespoke nature of our creations, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns based solely on measurement discrepancies.

Client Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If, within four days of receiving your purchase, you find yourself unsatisfied, we extend to you a discount on your next purchase with ANGE, as a token of our dedication to your contentment.

Adjustments and Rectifications
Recognizing the inherent potential for human error, particularly in self-measurement, we stand ready to accommodate any necessary alterations to your garment. Should it be determined that an item requires resizing due to sizing discrepancies, we offer this service at an additional cost. The specific charges are individually assessed for each item.

In the rare event of an error on our part in terms of measurements or production, we take full responsibility and will rectify the issue at our expense. To facilitate this process, we may request a series of images to assess the situation. Please be advised that the aforementioned services are contingent on any discrepancy being attributable to our workmanship, and must be reported within two days of receiving your garment.

Specialized Sizing Requests 
For garments ordered in specific, non-customizable sizes (according to our size chart), please note that returns or refunds cannot be facilitated. By opting for a standard size, you acknowledge that the garment is not tailored to your unique measurements, and therefore may not provide an impeccable fit.
