Order Lead Time

The production process of all orders follows a structured timeline of 3 to 5 days working days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed with our production team on Sunday evenings or before 9 am. on Monday mornings. Subsequently, all completed orders will either be dispatched for delivery or will be prepared for collection on Friday’s.
We have partnered with Aramex, a reputable and dependable courier service, to ensure a speedy delivery process, prioritizing the swift and secure transportation of every order. It is important to note that Aramex does not operate during weekends; thus, any orders dispatched on Fridays will be delivered on either Monday or Tuesday, contingent upon your geographical location.

Express Orders

Express orders are placed at an additional fee of R100 should a client want to receive their order sooner than our standard production timeline as mentioned above.
